- To promote the principles of sound business within the Burghs of Blairgowrie, Rattray and District and to further the interests os all its members
- To consult with and advise any members, or groups of members, of the Association on any subject calculated to improve the administration of his or hers business or trade
- To co-operate with any other organisation in any matter which the Association may deem to be in the interests and for the betterment of its members
- To promote such functions as are deemed conducive to increase the social intercourse between all members of the Association
- Generally, to perform all other lawful and incidental acts as the Association shall consider necessary to the carrying out of the above objects
Blairgowrie Merchants Association promotes the success, wellbeing and prosperity of its members by encouraging and developing economic, commercial and social activity within the area of Blairgowrie, Rattray and Eastern Perthshire. In furtherance of this aim, the Association shall co-operate and co-ordinate with other local organisations, as appropriate, where it is considered to be in the general interest of the local community.
